Today we're joined by Co-Founder of FutureSolve, Ken Carrig, to talk all things strategic HR.
As a Founder of FutureSolve and an Executive Director-USC Business School, Ken brings Twenty-five years of C-Suite Experience overseeing Human Resources, Strategy, Operations, M&A, Legal, and Communications.
Before founding FutureSolve, Ken retired from Corporate Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer for SunTrust Banks, Inc. in February 2017 and is President of KJC Advisory Services, a firm providing advice on issues related to strategy execution, acquisition integration, and executive succession planning.
In his CHRO role, he oversaw human resources strategy, talent management, merger integration, compensation, benefits, staffing, human resources systems/payroll, compliance, SunTrust University, and leadership development. SunTrust market cap grew from $14BN to $25BN during this 6-year term, and efficiency ratio improved by over $1 billion from 72 percent to less than 62 percent.
Ken has over twenty-five years of C-Suite Experience overseeing Human Resources,Strategy, Operations, M&A, Legal, and Communications.

Today we're joined by Jane Miller to talk HR strategy. Jane is a board member at FutureSolve and a successful CEO with experience ranging from start-ups to Fortune 500 companies.
Jane has 35+-years of executive experience in the food industry working with both start-ups and Fortune 500 companies. Jane most recently was the CEO of Lily’s Sweets and has held several other CEO roles in the natural and organic industry, including Rudi’s Bakery, ProYo High Protein Ice Cream, and HannahMax Cookie Chips.
Over the course of her career Jane was part of an executive team that brought Hostess out of bankruptcy, worked for HJ Heinz as the Chief Growth Officer and then the President of the UK & Ireland Division. She also ran the Western division of Bestfoods Baking. Jane spent the first fourteen years of her career at PepsiCo, where she rose to be the President of the Central division of Frito-Lay.
Jane is the co-founder of Haevn, a company dedicated to creating jobs for the next generation of leaders and the founder of janeknows.com, a career advice website. She is also the author of a sassy business book, Sleep Your Way to the Top (and other myths about business success).
Jane currently serves as a board member at the University of Colorado Leeds Business School, Watson Institute, Eldorado Springs Artesian Water and Rudi’s Bakery.
Jane has a degree in Russian Studies from Knox College in Galesburg, IL and earned her MBA degree from Southern Methodist University in Dallas, TX.

Today we're joined by Ceree Eberly to talk HR strategy. Ceree is an advisor at FutureSolve and the former Chief People Officer at the Coca-Cola Company. Ceree currently serves as Board Chair of the Global Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) Board of Gartner, LLC (formerly CEB).
Ceree Eberly is a global business executive with more than 30 years of experience creating brand and shareholder value. She currently serves on the board of Qualfon Corporation, a global provider of business process outsourcing to companies such as Google, Amazon, Uber and T-Mobile.
Ceree’s global experience includes 28 years with The Coca-Cola Company [NYSE: KO], providing a total portfolio of beverages to consumers across 207 countries with $42 billion in annual sales. She retired in March 2018 after more than 28 years with the company and 8 years as Chief People Officer, responsible for leading a global organization responsible for transforming culture, workplace, talent, succession, for 150,000+ employees, as well as serving as part of the Executive leadership team driving long-term vision and strategy.
Ceree has served on a number of non-profit boards, including Chair of the Board of Trustees for Oglethorpe University; AACSB International Business Practices Council; Habit for Humanity, Ronald McDonald House Charities and Skyland Trail. Ceree is a member of Women Corporate Directors global organization and has been involved with numerous Human Resources Global Leadership organizations.
Ceree has a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Tennessee, graduating with high honors. She lives in Atlanta, Georgia, where she enjoys volunteering, swimming, and photography.
